    1. Last week my #Spotify #PWA install on #Windows suddenly decided to open in a new #Chrome tab rather than a full-screen application. The "Install" button is still present, and clicking it adds a desktop shortcut, but that shortcut opens a new tab in Chrome.

    #Spotify also still shows the "Install" button after I've installed it. By contrast, #Twitter's PWA works as expected. After one install click it opens in its own window, and visiting the web page in Chrome shows an "open in application" button instead of install.

      I feel like something must be broken here. Is this a #Spotify bug, a #Chromium bug, or a #Windows bug?
