  1. Real experience with SAP Concur today. I needed to fill in the "business purpose" for an expense and (I shit you not) periods, quotes, exclamation marks, and question marks are all disallowed. What do you expect users to put here? Damn my strict adherence to the English grammar!

This shows an error beneath the text box which reads "You cannot use the follow characters" and includes various characters, most notably a period, double quote, single quote, exclamation mark, and question mark.
