@Indiequest1 @modern_web_dev @buildWithLit I agree that the JS spec and tools (particularly around ESM) have come a long way, but there is still a lot of out of date and legacy infra in use. karma_web_test_suite() was one example. Maybe a @web/test-runner implementation would help modernize the #Bazel ecosystem.
