    1. Had to sign a bunch of documents digitally today. The entire thing is an *image* of the document template, with proper nouns filled in as real text. It's totally inaccessible, no copy-paste, no Ctrl+F, no way to increase font size, I can only assume screen readers are worthless.

    Beyond that it just looked crappy and unprofessional. Fonts changed arbitrarily, proper noun text didn't fit right, extra sections were displayed but not checked, so technically not a part of the document even though the text is there. #accessibility matters.
